A CASA youth counselor talks with "Yolanda" in the one-room shanty she shares with her husband and eight children. Yolanda asks counselors "Why didn't you come sooner and teach me about contraceptive methods? I wouldn't have had so many children." The CASA program also provides medical treatment for Yolanda's oldest child , a 13-year old boy, born with Cerebral Palsy.
