With more than 20 years experience in the public policy and reproductive health fields, Terri Bartlett serves as Vice President for Public Policy and Strategic Initiatives for Population Action International (PAI). She joined PAI in January of 1999 after more than a decade as President and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Louisiana, which she also founded. Before moving to Louisiana, Ms. Bartlett served as the Executive Director of the Tennessee Association of Planned Parenthood Affiliates, a statewide advocacy organization.
Ms. Bartlett began her career with Planned Parenthood Association of Nashville as the Director of Volunteers in its Community Education Department. Immediately before joining PAI, Ms. Bartlett served as an independent public policy and communications consultant for political campaigns and non-governmental organizations in the United States and overseas. She is a native of Tennessee and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Fellow of the Institute of Politics of Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. |
