Pro-Choice Groups Commend Historic Health Care Reform, But Concerns Remain

Washington, March 22, 2010 -- Yesterday, the House of Representatives voted 216-212 in favor of historic health care reform legislation, ensuring that millions of Americans will finally have access to health care.
While there are number of extremely important provisions that will help women and families, many pro-choice groups expressed concerns about the impact of the abortion funding restrictions included in the bill and in the proposed Executive Order.
